The company says that they must be adjustable up to 21.5 inches seat top. Unfortunately mine do not carry beyond 18". That three inches makes an international of distinction to someone which is tried them. I did just see another reviews of these chairs on other web sites that have the identical problem.

I contacted Boss Chairs and used to be instructed that they can not (or are unwilling to) do the relaxation about it. They stated I would want to contact Amazon.com for any considerations. Needless to say I'm returning these chairs.
